See All Messages
  • Communications > Messages
  • For security, a rendered copy of the message is not stored in All Recipients. If needed, the Message Body (with unrendered tokens) can be seen on the Message page. This prevents staff from circumventing their access limits through resolved merge fields.
See Who Received a Specific Message
  • Communications > Messages > Message Stats (50 or More Recipients) view. This view is available if you're using SendGrid. Bonus: This view will show you exactly what happened to that message; OR
  • Communications > Messages > open desired Message > review Recipients sub-page; OR
  • Communications > All Recipients > search for desired Subject > review returned results
See the Messages a Specific Person has Received
  • Contacts > search for and open desired Contact record > review Message Log sub-page; OR
  • Communications > All Recipients > search for desired person > review returned results
See the Date and Time a Messages was Sent
  • Contacts > search for and open desired Contact record > Message Log sub-page > Action Status Time; OR
  • Communications > All Recipients > search for desired person > Action Status Time
See the Status of a Message:

Possible Action Status for churches using SendGrid include:

  • Bounced: delivery was attempted, but your email was not delivered
  • Clicked: a Url in your email was clicked
  • Delivered: your email was delivered, but has not been opened
  • Dropped: delivery was attempted, but your email was not delivered
  • Erroryour email was not sent
  • Opened: your email was opened
  • Pending: your email has been sent, but not yet delivered
  • Ready to Send: your email has not been sent, but it is ready to go
  • Sent: your email was sent but was not delivered 
  • Spam Reported: your email was reported as spam
  • Unsubscribed: The recipient unsubscribed from your Publication if you are using a Sendgrid unsubscribe link.

See the Emails You’ve Sent, Started or Received
  • Home > My Messages tab > go to desired View (Sent, My Drafts, My Inbox, Archived)
Complete a Draft You’ve Started
  • Home > My Messages tab > go to My Drafts view > open desired draft
Archive Messages
  • Home > My Messages tab > Select desired Message to Archive > Click 'Archive Messages' button
See Messages Archived from Home Page:
  • Communication > All Recipients > Search for desired Message(s) > Open Message record > If Archived by user, Deleted field will be set to True
