Support has officially ended for the Legacy Platform.The next generation of the Platform is here!

The Next Generation is a mobile-friendly, casual-user-friendly interface for the powerful Platform you know and love. We continue to invest and enhance the next generation of the Platform, so keep your eyes peeled for all the updates. And don't miss our all-new Training Videos section to see the next generation of the Platform in action.

 

Legacy Platform End of Life 

Do I really have to stop using the old Legacy Platform? 
Indeed you do! The legacy Platform is longer supported, and your system's legacy URL (/ministryplatform) has been disabled. We're excited for you to take advantage of the countless enhancements of the next generation of the Platform.

What's the timeline for the end of Legacy Platform?
We took gradual steps to phase out the legacy Platform UI:

  • May 2022: View/Item Notifications use Next Generation URLs.
  • July 2022: RRN Notifications use Next Generation URLs (if applicable).
  • September 2022: Legacy End of Support (still accessible, but no support/testing).
  • November 2022: Legacy access removed (all URLs redirect to Next Generation URLs, ending in "/mp").
  • February 2023: Legacy Platform systems are no longer accessible.

How is the next generation of the Platform different than Legacy? 
The next generation of the Platform is all about the causal user and mobile access!

The next generation can be accessed from desktop, tablet, or mobile device with ease. Search, send an email, update a record, approve a task—all on the go. And it's designed to get key data at your fingertips—from Basic Navigation, to List Layout, to Record Facts, to Global Search, and more—quickly so you can take action to serve your church well.
