- *New* User Saved Blocks allow users to save blocks of content for future reuse.
- Enhanced Template drop-down within the Template Editor tool to only display Active Templates. Note: Inactive templates cannot be edited.
- Enhanced fields From Contact, Reply to Contact, and User, to display email address and limit confusion between contacts with the same name.
- Fixed an issue where Templates restricted to certain Users/User Groups were accessible to other Users if launched from an open Record.
- Fixed a typo in the dialog that appears after a user saves changes to an existing template to read "Loading Data."
- Fixed an issue where the Tool expired too soon. Authentication now expires nightly.
- Fixed an issue where authentication was not passed from one user to another even after logging out and back in.
Note: If you reported a bug in the Template Editor Tool recently and do not see it addressed above, it is because when a developer dug into it, we learned it is actually a bug with the New Message Tool. These bugs will be addressed in the next Platform release coming this Fall. Thanks!
