It's tool time! In 2022, we're enhancing tools to make ministry easier! This month, the all new Response Follow-up Tool and a re-tooled Add/Edit Company Tool. Oh, and we'll be squashing bugs along the way.

New Tools

  • *NEW* Response Follow-Up Tool allows users to quickly and easily add Response Follow Ups to one (or more!) Opportunity Response records. 
  • *NEW* The completely retooled (see what we did there?) Add/Edit Company Tool is a responsive, mobile friendly way to quickly and easily add or edit a company record in the Platform.

Create a Batch & Create a Deposit Tools

  • Enhanced Create Batch Tool to display additional Congregations. The tool previously displayed the first 108 Congregations.
  • Enhanced the Create Batch Tool so that the deposit time is set to 12:00am on the selected date, matching the Create Batch Report. Need to know the exact time a batch was created? Check the Audit Log ;)
  • Enhanced the Create Deposit Tool so that the deposit time is set to 12:00am on the selected date, matching the Create Deposit Report. Need to know the exact time a batch was created? Check the Audit Log ;)
